1) DESIGN / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
- Organize different types of garments for all segments.
- Organize different types of leather and styles – for all requirements and segments.
- Organize sampling based on specific inputs
- Feedback on current fabrics and styles available in India
- Offer services of artwork , embroidery, print or style development.
- Arrange for pattern making or grading.
2) SOURCING – FACTORIES / FABRICS / TRIMS / ACCESSORIES
- Factories assessment in terms of product range, quality standards, production capacity, machinery details, financial status, etc.
- Identify the factories that offer value additions that are in trend today
- Option to decide the factory based on the available data base
- Source Fabrics ,Leather, raw material, trims and accessories either locally or from the international market.
3) PRICING & NEGOTIATIONS
Thorough knowledge of the Indian working conditions, the average salaries, the prevailing CMT charges, enable one to negotiate better.
Since we are aware of the working conditions in India, the average salaries paid and the CMT charges prevailing in India, ZED CONCEPT is better placed to negotiate the FOB for all types of garments.
- WIP Status report in T&A forms, or any alternate method preferred by the buyer can be provided to counter check for quantity and quality.
- Check problem areas and undertake corrective measures
- Ensure timely deliveries.
5) QA / QC – INITIAL / ONLINE /FINAL
Each and every item procured will be checked to ensure that it meets the Buyers requirement.
The following will be monitored
- The materials calculations
- The receipt of materials
- The quality of raw materials
- Work in progress
- On-line inspection
- Final inspection
The entire QA work can be handled with regular up-dates in T&A chart forms which would give an assurance that the things are under control.

With the onset of sustainability requirements worldwide, it is necessary that the importers produce the garments in factories which fulfill the necessary legal and ethical requirements.
Familiarity with the requirements of European and the American Standards Sustainability Audit of factories.
At the audit level itself the Buyers will be appraised about the factory. While the production is on, the audit will be done regularly to check that all Labor and safety norms are followed.
8) LAB TESTS – WHERE EVER NEEDED
- All necessary tests for raw materials will be done by labs specified by the buyer, or the standard tests will be organized.
- The Buyers manual or SOP will be followed for tests to be done on materials, prints, and finished products.
9) THIRD PARTY INSPECTION – IN CASE IT IS REQUIRED
- In cases where the Buyer wants a third party inspection to be done, as specified by their own buyers, the same can be organized as specified in the Manuals.
